My wife and I hired Kenny and his crew to help renovate our RV. We were looking to hire a professional and we were willing to pay for quality work. We met with Kenny and believed our instructions regarding the renovating were straight forward. We wanted all the walls and cabinets to be white aside from the bedroom closet .We wanted the kitchen cabinet & bathroom cabinets to be green + install backsplash tiles over the kitchen counter & the bathroom sink. We also asked for our slide out frames to be replaced with wood. We asked him to cap off some electric wires & touch up some painting my wife did. He gave us a quote stating “I do flat rates for projects “ and after seeing the RV he gave us flat rate of $630 to get all the painting, the tiles, and the wood work done. It seemed like a more than fair price so we moved forward. The plan was to go to Lowes where he would help us pick out the supplies (which we paid for). After our initial meeting he estimated it would take 1 or 2 days. This seemed a bit quick to us but he assured us it was a simple project and since it was such a small space it was doable. He stated "I'll bring 5 guys to work with me and we might get it all done in one day. " We did not give him any budget restrictions or ask for any discounts. We agreed he would start on 10/19 and he will charge $630 for all work discussed.The next day he showed up with 4 guys, but 1 had to leave due to a family emergency. After the Lowes trip, the 3 guys including Kenny got to work. After the first day he claimed it was 75% done and invoiced us $525, which we paid. We did not believe it was 75% complete so we called him and discussed again the project details, making sure we were on the same page. He assured us we would be happy with final project and we all agreed on what needed to be done. There were added projects-He helped us install our new bluetooth radio which he charged us $40. We did not like the original green we chose, there was only one coat so he assured us going darker would not change the amount of work. My wife did not like the wood we chose for the framing so he took it down with plans to change it ( this never happened and he took the wood!) This pattern went on for 6 sessions. Kenny going with 1 person aside from himself, assuring us he had 3 hours of work to do and then us coming back to the RV to see the project was not completed. Long story short the project was NEVER completed. What was supposed to be the final day of the project we left to get dinner. As soon as we left he texted us (he did not call) and stated he had a family emergency and had to leave. Then he continued to threaten us with lien for an unpaid job saying I took advantage of him because he did 500 dollars worth of painting and he only charged us 200. He then invoiced us for $125. There was a point when he did bring up that he felt he may have undercharged and we did agree to pay 100 more when the job was COMPLETED! We came back to garbage outside,

Everything went great from the time I made the appt. on the phone until the job was completed. They showed up on time and did an excellent job completing the job. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

he's very responsive, skilled, personable, and has a great work ethic. He can do most anything.
