Dear Kenny, The spaces between the wood on my porch are too wide. Since you built the porch last August, they keep getting wider. I have to patch up areas, where my little dog walks, as stepping between the cracks can cause him physical injury. Suzanne

Kenny installed grab bars and did finishing trim on my new shower. He was excellent from start to finish. Kenny is very knowledgeable and skilled at fixing someone else's work that I was not happy with. I am so pleased with how well he fixed the problem. Kenny is very polite and conscientious. He is the best of the best! I will gladly do business with him again.

Prompt!! Replaced 3 interior doors and repaired a sliding glass door. Hired him on two different occasions. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Kenny was terrible! He changed the price for the project and, when he did it, he wanted way more money than what he told me the project would cost, including labor and material. And he did not tell me about the material raise. He did not tell me anything until it was time to pay! I am disappointed in him. I think he did it because I am a woman... he took advantage of me. Do not trust him!

"original est was done in nov of 2020, she was told of price increase of materials, project required more materials then estimated, she was told it was required to get more materials, my labor was not increased, the extra materials that was needed was an additional 140 dollars. Was for the materials only, looking for free materials, she then asked me to buy her extra lumber for her personal use, i did and didn't charge any delivery fees. she added more work that she wanted done. guess that was to be free too. i took advantage of her ?? by asking for the material cost. looking for fee work taking advantage of hard labor working people."

Excellent experience! Kenny did a great job communicating with me especially as rain caused some delays. He understood my deadline and ensured my fence repair was completed in the timeframe I needed. The fence actually looks better than when the original company installed it. Highly recommend! Will definitely use in the future!

Great communication. Moved appointment up when there was an opening as requested. Arrived on time, as promised. Work was done quickly and correctly. Practiced distancing and wore masks through entire job. Would definitely use again.

On time, very professional, brought all the equipment needed to repair & replace my damaged fence gate. Noticed a dripping faucet and went right to work to repair that too. Very happy with his service, but wish he lived closer ( he is in Groveland and I am in Kissimmee). Great young man who assisted him. Will definitely contact him for future projects..

Arrived on-time (actually early) ready to do the job. Was friendly, professional, and courteous. Fixed and adjusted the sliding door and was finished in less than an hour. There were no hidden charges and final pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Kenny for the job.
