Company was very prompt at responding to my request. No quote was given over the phone. He actually came to the house to look at what needed to be done and gave me a guaranteed quote right on the spot. Set apt up immediately since the quote was so good. The apt was set for a Saturday which he did not charge more for. He showed up on time to do my cleaning/repairs. He worked by himself and completed the job in 3 hours. Very hard worker. If I had to find a negative it would be that the repair has a few uneven spots around the fireplace and that is me being picky. Loved this company and will use them again.

They were 35 minutes late & didnt really seem to care, and left foortprints all over my house. However, the carpet looks great & dried pretty quickly. Just be sure to call your customers when youre running late

They completely missed the appointment on the first one, then were 15 minutes late for the second. Overall, the cleaning was good, quick and reasonable, and the people were very friendly and polite.

This was the best company I've ever encountered. My carpet was so badly stained from previous tenants that no one could clean it. I had another company come in six months ago and it didn't look much better when they were done. But this company Amazing Pro are really amazing! They said if I wasn't happy to just call them and they"ll come back. 2 spots didn't quite come up so they came back and redid it. And wow, perfect! I can't believe they actually came back with a smile. My carpet was really messed up I don't know how they cleaned it. Punctual, very hard workers, excellent customer service, great attitude, great price. AWESOME COMPANY!

Kenny Han / Anazing Pro Carpet was the best find!! He called me immediately after I put out my request on service magic. Not only did he give me a great price, he was prompt, thorough, professional and kind! Our group home in Santa Ana had flooding in the Main House and he saved the day!!! Our teen moms and babies were able to return to their living quarters within a few hours! Thanks Kenny for not charging more for coming out on a Sunday and for helping us out in the midst of the emergency!

Kenny called me within 2 seconds of hanging up with the Service Magic representative. He showed up for his appointment ON TIME and got to work immediately. The work was exceptional and the carpet was cleaner than I expected it. I would definately use his services again and recommend him to anyone. Thank you Kenny.
