Never showed up to do the work. Tried to hire them to do a spring yard clean up. They did not contact me on their own. I had to ask Home Advisor a second time to get them to call me. The quoted a price of $455.00 to do a spring clean up which would include mulching. A date was set for the work. They wanted me to be there to discuss the work in case the price needed to be adjusted. I was called the day before to confirm the time they would arrive. The next day, I took off from work but they did not show up. Waited 3 hours. Tried to call them and went to voice mail on both numbers I had for them. Left messages several times, the never called back. They sent me an invoice for the work via email, even though they did not do any work.

I started with the initial deep clean. I cancelled right after. My furniture was not dusted, bathroom floors not cleaned, area rug in family room not vacuumed, only hall hardwood floors swept. Deep cleaning included ceiling fans & baseboards. None were cleaned. When I cancelled - the sales person wanted to give me a free clean with a different team in order to make things right so that I would continue to use them. I agreed. Scheduled the next clean - the team never showed up and the sales person did not respond to my messages. Not professional at all.

They lied about what they said they did and didn't dust, vacuum or clean my bathroom. The only thing they did in there was clean my tub. My bed was only partially made and dirt was tracked in. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy.

From the first call (which was prompt) to the team showing up, this was an excellent experience. They sent a team of three - one focused on the kitchen, the others on bathrooms and dusting. If my house could SING, it would. They were particularly thoughtful when dusting (asking me if it was okay to pick up and dust each item). They were nice to speak to as well. Given that I had messed up the day, they were very good sports working around boxes I was tearing down from a move. I am now using them regularly and plan to use them for their other services such as exterior windows, landscaping, and (I need to figure out what they do because I will hire them for anything they do).
