The people showed up and did their work, and showed their concern for my safely when I got too close to the tree they were taking down. The took out another tree and replanted a small tree in the same hole for no extra charge. They were great.

The job they did was excellent! Huge tree on the property line over our custom deck and next to our roof and the neighbor's roof. The crew worked very well together and was safety conscious. The pricing was higher than all others by a significant amount-- we negotiated it down some, but it was still 15-20% higher than the next quote. We opted to use them because they said they could fit us in over the next two days--before the weekend. In fact, there was no update call or text after Friday afternoon, when I texted them to confirm they were not coming. The tree was then scheduled for Thursday the following week. The quality of the work was excellent. The skill level was very good. But the bait and switch on schedule was frustrating-- and I lost two days waiting around the house for them to come. I would recommend them if you have a tricky tree removal, but be clear on appointment date & time.

Efficient and knowledgeable.

They set up the appointment 3 times and could not make it. The third time they set up the date and time but showed up a week before the designated date. I was home that day so they could finish the job and collected the money.

Great service. Had a tree that was leaning over the road from the recent wind storms. Came out the following day with a crew of 4 and the 50 foot pine tree was down and cut up in 2 1/2 hours.
