He came came in took a minute to see what the issue was and then gave me a quote. He had all the parts in his van which was convenient. The whole job took him about 30-35 mins.

Job was done right, took less than a 1/2 hour. They knew what the job was going in and had the $70 part on the truck and charged $537.00 I was overcharged tremendously. That's $1,072 /hr . with the part. Ridiculous

I had a challenging drain clog with a slop sink that accumulated over many years. Ken's Faucet showed up and did a spectacular job of clearing it out, proactively future proofed the piping so it could be more easily accessed with a snake, and left with the area clean.

Excellent job by the men at Ken's. Ronnie is fantastic. The crew came to do a hot water heater replacement. Not only do they did that, they replaced my shower head which was leaking and rusted causing low water pressure and also fixed my vanity sink which was leaking. Thorough and professional. If i could give them 10 stars i would !!!

Quick response by Ken himself. Challenging issue in an old house with old pipes. He was able to get a start on it but it required a follow up by his snake expert Dominic who was able to fully resolve our situation. Great service. Thank you.
