"Good morning Fred, I understand that you had a concern and was upset that you did not receive a receipt and that our prices were too high. I'm sorry you feel that way a receipt was sent to you as of today, being that you were a Angie lead customer we charged you $85 for a diagnostic and are standard rate is $115, we scheduled the call after hours due to your wife only being available at certain time and lastly we were only scheduled to a diagnostic call due to you having a blank thermostat. On a call to this nature the technician performed his inspection and found that you had a clogged drain line. I assume your system is up and running. If you were to have any questions or concerns I wish you would have called our office so we could have talked about it. Have a great day!"
