We hired Ken to inspect a house we put an offer on. He was able to get it scheduled within a week. Ken was very professional. He removed his shoes as he walked through the house and he explained everything to my husband and me. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We reviewed several different home inspectors, and decided to go with Ken because he had GREAT reviews and an AMAZING price compared to others, it was the best decision we could have made! Hiring Ken is the best decision I have ever made in real estate! His inspection discovered a $40K foundation issue that was missed by a home inspector 9 months prior in a sale and had been covered up by previous owners. He is thorough and complete with his entire home inspection. I hired him to inspect a house for me and he was very friendly as we went through the entire house and educated me on everything about the house! Ken crawled between small gaps in an addition to inspect the entire roof. He was very honest and there was not a single thing that he overlooked and provided complete insight into the house so I could make the best decision about the purchase. After his inspection, he recommended Wayne Allen from Wisconsin Basement Inspection Services LLC to look further into the foundation issues in the finished basement. After Wayne determined a broken footing was causing the foundation issues that Ken initially found, I decided to back out of the contract to purchase. Wayne believed this was fraudulently covered up by the previous owners that the current owner will now need to take to the court for damages. While I loved the house sometimes the best purchases are the ones we don't make. Ken's complete home inspection saved me a lot of money and headache in the future! I would recommend his home inspection services and Wayne's foundation expertise to anyone purchasing a home!

Ken was very thorough and professional. He spent a lot of time ensuring I understood what he was evaluating and the results of his inspection. His report covered everything we discussed, was very clear, and included pictures of all spaces in the home as well as photographs that highlighted any areas of concern. Ken does a great job evaluating what he sees. He does not try to influence you in any way. If you walk along with him he will explain what he sees and you will find how many issues you did not notice that you can fix yourself and keep your home in good condition.

Ken was very friendly, informative and offered suggestions and treated us as if we are family buying this house. I recommend getting the Radon Gas test done with the new science understanding how Radon works and affects the Human Body. Its a simple test to perform.

Ken was very thorough with our home inspection and explained some great maintenance tips for us as first time home buyers. He was quick to respond to our Home Advisor request and great at communicating with us as we set up the appointment and all follow-up. His report about the inspection was thorough and included pictures. The report also was delivered to our emails about a day after the inspection so it could be used for our negiotations right away.
