Ken was punctual, personable and knowledgeable. He changed a ceiling fan, outdoor light fixture, ceiling light fixture, wall switch and hung a 6' outdoor shade for us. His prices were fair and he performed the work to our complete satisfaction.

Ken did great work. He arrived on time (actually, a little early) and finished the job in the time frame he had given be me over the phone. His quoted price was the lowest I found in the area! I have actually already planned to hire him again for my next project!

I made appointments with 3 "handy men" to bid on my project. Ken was the only one on time (1 didn't show), and who forwarded the bid in the promised time frame. The bid was very reasonable, and Ken's estimate for materials was spot on. We had some glitches in our time frame (who knew you had to let the material acclimate to the house for three days), and Ken was very accommodating. He got the job done ahead of his promised finish time frame, and did a fantastic job. I cannot even begin to say how beautiful the finished floor looks! Way better than I imagined, and I could not be more pleased and satisfied. During the whole project, I never wondered how it was going, Ken sent me updates, clarified questions, and even sent pictures. The workspace, and project area was always left neat and tidy, and took all the refuse off the property every day. I didn't even have to vacuum the new floor when it was finished. I will definitely be calling Ken for my next project!
