Kent County Mechanical gave the most reasonable quote for the installation of our central air by far. They were fast, efficient and courteous, keeping me apprised of the work every step of the way. Mr, Vasquez made sure the job wasn't complete until after he tested the unit completely. You bet I would recommend Kent County to anyone for their air conditioning needs.

Jon came right out promptly when I reached out to Home Advisor for a specialist in HVAC. My somewhat old (roughly 15 yr. old Central AC system was not cooling effectively and I needed a prior diagnostic assessment verified. Jon explained—in great detail (more than I needed to know. :)—-as to Why my Compressor was not working, and what my Options were. He did Not try to sell me on an entire replacement of the HVAC unit—which I appreciated. In the end—after weighing my options carefully—and doing some research on my own—I opted to Replace the AC unit in its entirety—rather than just the condenser—which would have saved me $2,000. This way, they mature at the same time—And are all New parts. It was really only a matter of time before the inevitable replacement was necessary, anyway. Of course, my AC being unrepairable—obviously couldn’t have happened at a worse time—being peak season and all—But Jon was able to make his schedule work with getting me in Sooner, rather than later. In days, he was here to assess— then shortly after to complete the job. Half a Deposit was required—to cover costs of parts, etc.—with the rest due upon completion. My New AC unit runs better than ever. In fact, I even have to dial it up a bit more than I’ve ever had to—It now cools very effectively! :) Everything along the way was Thoroughly explained to me by Jon—who was very personable, and professional. He went over the details both prior to installation and afterwards when the job was completed. This included follow-through to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Pricing was in line with my research for a unit this size and house style/footage. Very Satisfied with the service—and appreciated the prompt and tenacious efforts of Jon and his partner. Janice L.
