The company did a great job in a bathroom drywall repair and tile removal. Everyone from the owner to all the employees was courteous and knowledgeable of the job/project. The project was tough in the sense that they had to repair a wall that was flat and not textured but never the less, they did a great job in finishing the wall to match the existing surrounding surface. I would highly recommend Kent's Prop Preservation.

Since this company was stationed out of town, they were not willing to come back and take care of small issues that arose afterwards on things that they missed. otherwise, they gave a fair price for the work they performed.

Would recommend Kent's Property for home repairs. Britt & crew replaced a couple pieces of siding, old mailbox torn down, debris hauled off & new mailbox put up. Quick response & pleased with work.

Great crew and performed the work ahead of schedule. Always on time and reliable. The replacement addition (was aluminum prior to hurricane) is framed and now a solid sunroom with real windows all around. Thanks to Britt, Will, and the crew. They have an appetite! We would feed them lunch to keep them from having to travel so far for lunch. KPP is great and will be calling back when we decide to do more work. Referred them to neighbors which hired them also. Win/win for all.

Britt and his team did an excellent job restoring the interior of our home and building our new privacy fence after hurricane Michael. Britt was extremely reasonable when we found minor issues with some of the work and he resolved all issues within a very timely manner. The house looks great and the fence looks fantastic!

They were able to make an appointment in a timely fashion, came on time, knowledgeable, professional, exceeded expectations. Impressed!

The only down fall is that I did not receive a follow up call from the manager. I wanted to discuss with him doing other projects for me. I think that there business is a little too big for my projects and I will need a smaller company to handle my little odds and ins. Will you please provide me with a more suitable company for my needs.

they did a good job painting my deck, but they didn't follow the instructions on the paint. basically it said 2 coats were a must. they only did one. I wish I would have stressed that 2 coats were needed, now I'm having to do the second coat myself, and I'm annoyed.

We were matched with Kent's Property Preservation through HomeAdvisor to do some major repairs and updates on a rental property we own in Tallahassee. Britt was the first to contact me back after making an inquiry, calling within 2 hours of signing up online. His communication is outstanding. This project was no small feat, and we were working on a tight deadline during the holiday season. Britt was so accommodating and met (actually finished before the deadline) our timeline without sacrificing quality of work - he and his crew did a really beautiful job rehabbing a very difficult property. Britt was a pleasure to work with - outstanding work ethic, very honest, practical/realistic, patient, and communicative. We could not have asked for a better experience. An abbreviated list of what they did: full kitchen renovation, 2 bathroom restorations/renovations, replacement of appliances, flooring (replacement and refinishing), replacement of all fixtures/hardware, structural work, siding, painting (internet and exterior), yard work. It's basically a new house.

Very prompt and personable workers, and I was overjoyed to have found an all-service handyman in Tallahassee. But, in the end, the laundry room wall is dinged in two places. I haven't checked with the level yet, but the cabinet looks rather crooked to the naked eye. If this was out of necessity, it should have been mentioned to me. One man quoted cost per hour. The next man doubled that to include two workers. The repair was worth the added cost (for a two man job) if it had been perfectly executed but I wouldn't recommend Kent's Property Preservation to any of my friends because of the lack of clear pricing, the dings in the wall, the irritation of having the hung cabinet look crooked on the wall, and the failure of the handymen to present me with a receipt for timed services showing the cost of materials and also outlining the time spent at my house and in their shop. I did not complain. The cabinet is mounted securely and will now hold whatever I want to store there. I will disguise the unevenness, somehow, and will try to clean the wall so the dings won't be noticeable. I probably won't use Home Advisor again. Both times, the people whom you recommended left me with residual damage unrelated to the project without calling it to my attention.
