Bob was great during our home inspection. He was thorough and detailed. His report was easy to read and highlighted the most important areas along with suggestions and if a professional was needed to fix it. We received the report the very next day. Scheduling was easy and worked with our schedule. I highly recommend you use him for your home inspection.

We were so happy with Bob during our inspection. He was accommodating with our schedule and did the inspection on a holiday weekend. He was on time and was thorough during the inspection. We got a detailed report the next day that was easy to understand and highlighted everything he found. We would definitely recommend him.

My broker hired this company for a home inspection of a house I want to purchase. When I received the report I was impressed of how detailed it was., didn't miss a thing. It also had recommendations for repairs and whom to contact for them. I am very pleased with his service. I truly recommend them. Thank you, very much.

Bob was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He went over everything as he went along. Always nice when you have someone that knows their job and is very personable at the same time. Thanks Bob!

Very professional, and on time. Bob's communication is great. He is super responsive and personable. The inspection was very thorough, took his time, and discusses everything with you during the process. Provided a report within 24 hours. The reporting software that is used is very nice, easy to use, and is detailed with pictures. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
