The gentleman who installed my new Water Softner was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He made sure I had all my questions answered prior to ever discussing the cost and never pushed me to buy anything extra. I would suggest this company to anyone.

This company was awesome! Naturally my well quit on a Friday after 5pm. I was unable to make contact with my local well people and since I have geo thermal heat with is supplied by my well I really needed it fixed right away plus we had reservations out of town Monday. I looked online and my name and phone was given to Kerr and sons by home advisor. Kerr s right away called me and said they would get me up and running first thing Saturday. They even ask if I had young children and needed it fixed that night! They showed up right on time and found it was only the pressure switch, not the pump! They soon had it fixed, for a very fair price! I highly recommend them! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! Mike Angola Indiana

They came immediately and fixed my problem. They were very friendly, assessed my problem and told me how much it would cost before they performed the work and the cost did not exceed their estimate. Both men were very friendly and efficient and did an excellent job.

I contacted them about 10:30 on a Monday morning. They called and said they could come at 12:30 on their way to another job. They did some tests and confirmed that I needed a new pressure tank for my well. They installed it, tested it, and were out of there by 1:30! They followed up with a phone call the next day.

The staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and skillful. He did his job efficiently with good quality. I shall go to that company again if I need help.

Had an issue with the initial installation (needed a different part which he did not charge me for) so he came back the next day to finish the job. I was not able to be there on that day so we worked it out with my neighbor and were able to get them access to the pump. They were very easy/accommodating to work with and the pump is running great.

Did a great job,if I ever need to have this type of work done they would be the first one I would call.

Gave up personal family time on July 4th to help a fellow veteran. Workmanship was outstanding and the response to our well problem was excellent. Dan showed up on time and had everything needed to complete the job.
