Kerry Lewis Plumbing

This company cannot be counted on! So if you are looking for reliable scheduling I would highly recommend another company.

They came out after the big freeze had busted the heat exchanger in my tankless water heater. They came earlier than they told me were going to without calling me to let me know they were on the way. They spent 10 minutes here and just turned off the water supply valves. They said they would have to order parts to fix the water heater but they never did that. Two days later, I had to call them to get a status update. They said they would call me back. Almost 2 weeks later they called to quote me for a new water heater installation. Then they told me the first service call was a flat rate of $405. They never told me that in advance nor did they give me an invoice right after they came out. The 10 minutes they spent here equates to $2400 an hour. I appreciate their prompt *service* but their price for it is really price gouging.

Great experience. Very responsive to questions via email or phone. Showed up on time and finished job quickly and professionally. Invoice sent by email made payment by credit card simple and easy.

Overall they did a great job. I was just a little taken back because they didn't wear masks, so I was a little hesitant to let them in my home.

The company did a professional job replacing my gas water heater.

It is very easy to find the cleanouts now. Kerry Lewis is a great plumber and appears to be very reasonable and does a good job. We are grateful this situation has been rectified.

Replaced old leaking hot and cold faucets for washing machine , cleared filter and lines. Arrived right on time and finished job quickly. I would definitely recommend and use Kerry again.

They came the same day I called. My new water heater was put in that afternoon. Very personable and professional. Explained everything, so that I could understand. Gave instructions on how to drain it , and other important information about the water heater. Got several estimates from other plumbing companies, and Kerry Lewis Plumbing gave the best estimate. Great price and superior work! I highly recommend Kerry Lewis Plumbing!

They were very professional and they left the area quite clean.

Very professional, clearly gave me details on what would be done, offered military discount for us.

I called and was able to get same day appointment. Techs arrived on time and finished the job within the time stated. The techs were polite and helpful, no sales pitches, no pricey add on's and explained every step. Couldn't have asked for better service and the price was as quoted and fair.

Arrived early and completed the service on a timely basis at a fair price.

The work was done quickly and well!

Great experience! Mr. Lewis was patient and thorough in explaining my repair options. Very reasonable pricing. Job was finished in a timely manner. Very neat; used booties so he wouldn't track dirt into my house. I highly recommend, and will definitely use again next time I need plumbing services.
