Kessel Appraisal has been in business since 1990. Prompt, courteous, and professional and I have the experience of full time appraising since 1986. I appraise, single family, multi family, condominium and land/acreage. I appraise in and cover 13 counties in southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. I am FHA and VA approved in both states. I am also state certified in both states. I can have your appraisal completed within three days from the point of contact. Particular areas of expertise are Anderson Township, Madeira and Indian Hill.
