He showed up almost 2 hours later then he said he would be here. He looked under the sink and in the dishwasher and told us we needed a back flow part. Never pulled the dishwasher out or even got under the sink. Said he would order the part and get back to us. One week later we called him, the part was not in and he would get back to us. Needless to say I got under the sink and found the hose kinked. I straightened it out. This cost us $65.00. He was here maybe 15 minutes.
