Jason and his team did an excellent job. They asked the right questions and we are very happy with our new concrete. His price was also a little better than competing bids.

The work done was pretty good, but it was not completely finished in a timely manner. We had both concrete and rod iron rails on our back porch. The time between the finish of the concrete and the installation of the railings was over a month. So essentially, we couldn't use our back porch safely for a long time. I think the pro could have communicated the time delay must more clearly in the proposal stage as well as to move a little quicker in the final stage of the project.

Great work! I had concrete steps poured and brick sidewalks replaced. I would absolutely recommend them for this type of work.

Jason and Ryan were extremely competent and conscientious. They went out of their way to please me and make me happy with the result. Jason recommended an epoxy sealer and finish for my upper porch, though he said he would be happy to put cement on the lower one. They finished both levels with epoxy, and installed a soffit down below as well as railings on the porch. I was very pleased with them and delighted with my new porch and patio. In fact I may have them paint the house as well.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and courteousness of Ketchel's team. They worked hard and produced beautiful results. The estimate was lower than other bids and the personal interaction and service was much better than other experiences I've had. They replaced an additional 8 feet of sidewalk over the estimate to take care of a broken section that would have been visible from the street. They wanted to make sure the completed project was a good reflection of their work. I would definitely use them again.

The job was a leaf and debris clean-up at an athletic field. I was not competed very well, with many leaves still remaining alnog fences, in drains, etc.
