"Well, we have done many roofs and other projects and never in my life have i experienced such a customer.. I tried explaining to her that the water leaking into her house was coming from the top of the dormers and nothing to do with the reroof we did on her house. She had a bunch of shingles blown off on the north side of her roof so she called me to repair one side of her roof. as we started to strip the roof we noticed that really nothing was wrong with the drip edge, ice and water and remaining shingles. She agreed to let us roof over the existing roof and it saved her a bunch of money. There was no pleasing her"
