Just had my mobile home roof sealed by Tropical Roofing Services. Kevin was very professional, listened to why I needed his services. He inspected my roof, provided me with photos of the problem areas, and offered his solution. Upon completion of his services, he gave me new photos of the work done, which I didn't expect or asked for. Out of four people that quoted Kevin stood out as being the least pushy and most practical. He thinks from the customers' point of view and will only fix what needs fixing and replace what needs replacing. I was quoted over $10,000 by one company for two areas of flashing that needed to be replaced and 200 cracked tiles! (There were actually just two). The other three estimates came in at half that and Kevin's was the most competitive, yet his scope of work was as good and in many ways better. Plus the reviews from his customers are numerous and impressive. If you want a competent roofing company that does not set out to fleece you then I recommend Tropical Roofing Services for repairs and replacement roofs.

I have used Tropical Roofing Services before and was impressed with both their expertise and ability to get the job done. This roof inspection was no different. Kevin was earlier than expected and called me to let me know he was on the way. He performed an accurate assessment of our roof and provided a thorough debriefing after the inspection so I would understand what he had seen. I was extremely satisfied with both the inspection and Kevin's professionalism.
