Steven and crew are the most professional guys in the trade I have met. Siding and Windows were replaced, windows took a little longer than normal to acquire but they were made to order through Simonton. Weather was a concern, so windows were incrementally installed around the weather. Removal of the windows was not with a hammer but piece by piece not destructive as I have heard some crews do, the hulk smash method. Once all windows were in siding went up after replacing the old school foam backer board with OSB and vapor barrier. Over all, with 2 coats of paint, I couldn't be happier with the final result..

I had other options and quotes, but after speaking with Steven Palenik, I had confidence this job would be done to the highest quality standards, and the cost of the job was fair. This company and crew are top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all her questions and concerns that we had. They gave us an awesome price for the job which including two coats of paint On our beautiful new hardy plank siding. Unbelievable!!!! I would recommend this company to anybody out there thatâ s looking to have any sort of construction project done. If I could get more than five stars, I would. My wife and I are more than happy with the job they did for us. The house looks remarkable now. The Transformation of what was, to what is, is incredible. THANK YOU STEVEN AND CREW.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the job that the crew did! Steven went over every aspect of the job, in detail, and thoroughly explained what they would do and when. I asked many questions and he took the time to give detailed answers to all of them. He originally told me it would take three days to complete the job but they were able to complete it in two days. The finished project is fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

Water was leaking from our dormers and into the attic. Steven identified the issue, clearly explained the repairs needed to fix it, and scheduled the repair. A team of pros came and repaired everything on the day scheduled. Extremely professional in service and in quality of work.

The Delaney Team did a fantastic job on our siding replacement project. Steven was a pleasure to work with: He provided a "no-pressure" job estimate, and was knowledgeable, friendly, fair and accommodating. He was available during all parts of the project. His team, with Oscar as the foreman, was efficient and did an excellent job. The worksite was kept clean and orderly during the project. In short, the job went extremely well, the cost was reasonable, and the job looks great. I would recommend Delaney Construction for your remodeling project.

Kevin's brother Roger handled getting an older, originally poorly hung oak front door to be serviceable again. Roger knows his craft and did excellent work in a timely fashion for the quoted price. I think you can't go wrong hiring Roger for carpentry.
