Kevin was very responsive and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was able to do the job on the same day that he gave me the estimate, which saved me a bunch of time. There was a very minor issue with the job (the air temperature changed dramatically and a very small drip started), and he came out immediatlely and fixed it. My only complaint is that he missed our first appointment by about 45 minutes and didn't call. However, he apologized right away in a sincere and professional way and was able to reschedule and do the entire job the same day to meet my schedule, so he fully redeemed himself in my book. I also got a good "vibe" out of him- he comes across as honest and confident. I would definitely recomend him.
