I posted my request at 630pm he responded to it by 633pm he made it to my house by 645pm, willing to work go get my parts and show up same night. He is now my plumber...Love the fast, long lasting low cost service.

Kevin was thorough in assessing my washer. He went through each cycle to make certain it was working properly. He came late on Saturday afternoon and found the problem was a buildup of soap that made the machine work harder to empty the water. It had stopped. It works fine after his service. I recommend him to others.

There was an issue with him over booking his schedule, and I had to call him to find out what was going on. We wound up rescheduling for the next day, and he showed up on time for that appointment and got the repairs done in a timely manner.

Good customer service personality and easy to work with.

Kevin was very thorough servicing my washer, which did not drain properly. He checked everything it could be and then eliminated everything not the problem until a solution was reached. The washing machine works now, but Kevin said to call him if the problem started again. So far so good. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my machine, which he said was a very good one. I would definitely call Kevin again for work on both my washer and dryer if his services were needed.
