Horrible incomplete install. Damaged shower pan. Will not correct properly. This is a general contractor that subs work out and tried to complete this job himself, but I don't think he has the knowledge to install a shower.

"Interesting... as a contractor for 16 years with no complaints ever. Sadly, this homeowner had a poorly designed/framed 3x3 area using 12 ' subway tile that led to challenging shower/pan transitions. Offered to pay for new pan at no cost, but he declined... not completed by his choice! Assistant/friend was my help-no sub!"
