"Hi Peter, We are sorry you were unhappy with us. We are a very transparent and honest company. We would not have been in business for 22 years if we were not. Your review is very misleading. You were fully informed when you called us of our minimum to come to your home which is $79, which we waive if you have us do the job. Not $170 that you are stating above. I do not know of any service company that does not charge a minimum to come out for a service call. You were told we charge by the job, not by the hour. Which again is not abnormal for a service company. We quote all pricing before we do ANY work. Our rates are competitive with other professional plumbing companies of our service and size. We provide a living to our 7 employees, health insurance to our fully licensed team among many other expenses that it takes to run this company professionally. You have the OPTION to do the job or not. We do NOT use high-pressure sales. The original price we quoted you, was admittedly quoted in error due to a glitch in our pricing tablet, which we immediately brought to your attention ourselves and corrected, apologized and you were charged the correct price. We also took an additional $50.00 off for you. You then gave us permission to proceed with the work. You can be unhappy with us, but your review is very misleading."

We did explain to your parents all costs involved with us having two technicians at your home, travel out to purchase a new faucet, coming back to install it, and re-piping the sink drain before we were given authorization to proceed with work. Two technicians get a job done more efficiently. We typically send two, so that we provide faster service to our customers. If we had one technician at your home to do this job it would have taken a minimum of 3 to 4 hours if you include the time involved with going out and purchasing the faucet. "Hello, We are sorry you were unhappy with our service. We did quote you our minimum to come out for a service call on the phone before we came out to your home. Unfortunately we cannot always determine what is causing the issue and what needs to be done until we come out to look at the issue. Due to your water heater being very old and out of warranty, we did give you the option to replace your water heater, we did not want to charge you for a repair that would have you invest money into an appliance that is at the end of its life. Unfortunately. we cannot always know all of this information over the phone."
