Lowest bid. Horrible job. The door is in, it sticks. His helper caulked the outside of the unit with white caulking and smeared it all over the dark brick. Looks horrible. He buggered up the jam for the lock which was pre drilled and lined up perfectly before he installed it. Also bent and put a hole in the soffits a ove the door, and left a terrible mess. I will not be calling him for anything else.

My neighbor and I hired Kevin to replace a fence Sally destroyed ... He did not perform the work as agreed ... After he gave us his quote and gave him 1/2 upfront for materials ... A week later when he showed up to do the job ... He did not do what he agreed to do ... He cut corners and did a horrible job ... you would think a level and a plumb line would be used when constructing a fence ... The fence is leaning 6 to 8 inches off-center ... is not strait or even ... Horrible job! The fence will have to be redone! I do not recommend Kevin. If you are considering hiring him and want to come to see his work ... Just let me know.

I wasn't sure how the home advisor app worked so I called Mr. Kev myself to see if he could come help repair the bottom of my kitchen cabinet that had severe water damage (3-4-2020). He gave me a quote and told me what needed to be done. While talking with him he came off a little on the rude side by making comments about the work that had already been done. He told me he could do the work and we scheduled a date and time for him to come back, which would be the next morning of 3-5-2020. He was a little late upon arrival but not a problem for me.He still seems a little rude but the work is getting done and so far so good. I have no major complaints.

The man is a con artist. Should be in a different type of business. He charges way too much and does half the work. Will never let this man do anything in my home again. Still cleaning up after him 4 days later. He couldn't even install a simple ceiling light. Didn't cut the wood to fix the door jam- just nailed it to the jam. Didn't take their trash with them- left it for us to get rid of. I feel like he didn't listen to how I wanted my bathroom done. Didn't cut the tiles to fix around the tub- big gaps! Said that things were includes in price then left receites for things he went to but to fix the bathroom. No very professional. I have never had any problems before like I did with this man. I feel like he should reinbust part of the money. He should be taken off this web site- I don't think I can trust your judgement of what a pro is- so I will not be using your service again. This man is NO pro. He should be turned into the BBB- so other don't get ripped off again.
