Key Doctor LLC

Excellent work and professionalism, thanks!

Excellent quick service

Great guy and great service. I got locked out of my house on a Saturday night around 10 PM after losing my keys. He answered right away and was at my house within about 25 minutes. I called 7–8 other locksmiths and he had the best quote by far. He was straight up with me from the start, didn’t try to upcharge me, and there were no surprise fees. Got me back inside and made me a new key right there. Really fair, honest, and easy to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend him without hesitation!

He kept me advised before arrival and then talked me all through the repair. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a new key fob.

Garret was nice and help me! I recommend his services

I live out in the middle of no where and called several places for an emergency lock out. They all declined, were rude, or even lied about sending someone. Garrett contacted me after I sent out a desperate inquiry and he responded within moments. Despite the travel, he agreed to come. Was friendly, communicated well, and worked fast and efficiently. He got into both of my homes within an hour, one being difficult due to the smart key lock being impossible to pick. Not only all of that, but he was very affordable! If I ever need another locksmith, I know who to call. If anyone else in my town needs a locksmith, I will be sending them his information. Thank you so much for driving all the way here and doing what so many refused to do. You have a lifelong customer.

His work is excellent; I've contacted 4 other locksmiths in the Benson and Serria Vista area only to leave messages and as of today I have not heard from anyone. Thanks to Key Doctor I was able to talk to someone on the first call, and was willing to come out to Benson on time from Tucson... Thank You, Key Doctor will continue, working with you on our other property.

The job was done and with me right next to him m. B and y professional and provided extra information that was very helpful. I highly recommend him!

job WAS COMPLETED ON TIME WITH AGREED UPON RESULTS

As best as he could. Agreed on results.

Old door latch & handle worn out. Tried repair but found a good solution.

The lock had been trouble for a while. He fixed it perfectly even though it took a while.

I needed to get my Jeep Renegade key fob re-programmed. After crazy hassle with several other vendors, I reached out to Angie. Garrett called me within three minutes of my inquiry and scheduled with me the following day. He cheerfully tolerated my incessant questions and curiosity about how the whole process worked. He got the job done and didn't leave until I was 110% satisfied. He was amazingly kind and patient with me. Hard to find customer service like this these days and he more than exceeded my expectations. If I EVER need key service again, this will be an easy call.

His ability to do that and to um find uh not only not only solve the problem, but actually go beyond up above and beyond to make the door operate better than it did ever.

The key Doctor was great. He rekeyed our new home despite the locks giving him issues and a few needing to be replaced. He got the work done the same day we closed and let us sleep comfortably in the new home knowing we'd be safe. Highly recommend. Great nice guy as well.

Above and beyond!

Service was great. Job was done quickly & well.

Great! Would call again in a heartbeat!
