I needed to get my Jeep Renegade key fob re-programmed. After crazy hassle with several other vendors, I reached out to Angie. Garrett called me within three minutes of my inquiry and scheduled with me the following day. He cheerfully tolerated my incessant questions and curiosity about how the whole process worked. He got the job done and didn't leave until I was 110% satisfied. He was amazingly kind and patient with me. Hard to find customer service like this these days and he more than exceeded my expectations. If I EVER need key service again, this will be an easy call.

His ability to do that and to um find uh not only not only solve the problem, but actually go beyond up above and beyond to make the door operate better than it did ever.

The key Doctor was great. He rekeyed our new home despite the locks giving him issues and a few needing to be replaced. He got the work done the same day we closed and let us sleep comfortably in the new home knowing we'd be safe. Highly recommend. Great nice guy as well.

Guy was amazing showed up and fixed the ignition and cut new key and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left and explained everything to me and he had amazing prices.

If 6 stars were allowed, I would give it. This company checked all the boxes. I was looking for a locksmith to unlock and repair a large Canon Safe. These things are incredibly secure. Garrett made an HONEST assessment indicating he was not certain he could complete the job successfully and needed to research the make and model. He communicated with me fully, quickly and directly throughout his research, informing me of his progress the entire time. Keep in mind the project itself was in another state and he was willing to travel. On the date of the service he showed up on time and got right to work. He was tenacious as it was a very difficult job. Garrett saw it through. And the price was more than reasonable considering 3 hour travel time one way. It’s difficult to find businesses that meet all the criteria for excellent customer service. My list looks exactly how I found Key Doctor to operate. I almost never write reviews and if I do they are often negative. In this case with this company I’m more than happy to share my experience. My project was both extraordinary, time consuming and difficult. I imagine most locksmithing needs are simple in comparison. I have no issue fully endorsing Key Doctor as an excellent 6 star company.
