He arrived on the job intoxicated and smelled from booze. Never produced a contract. We wanted topsoil and sod, he delivered sand and clay. He was supposed to put three new sprinkler heads in the yard and move two. He took two of our old ones that were supposed to be thrown away and used them. The new one he used shot straight up in the air. He forgot to move the other two. The first day on the job I had to call him and wake him up. He arrived in limping. It was 10:30 am. The next day he was three hours late so I fired him. He had no clue what he was supposed to do. Do not waste your time with this guy... very careless character. Unprofessional. When he was in our house he recked our car that was parked on the driveway, and does not want to be responsible, the damage is $800 and does not want to pay for it.

Absolutely trustworthy. He needed to finish up work another day when I was out of town. I paid in full before I left. He completed the job. Would definitely use Michael Key at Key Irrigation again!

Good work but poor follow-through.

Mr. Key responded quickly and went over and above what we anticipated. Repaired our sprinkler head and checked and serviced the whole system for a very reasonable cost.

Started out as a simple valve replacement, but 3" tree roots quickly made the job much more tedious. Bad wiring from the original installation made the situation even worse. Mike diligently worked until he resolved all issues. He did a great job and stuck to his original quote.

Called Mike on a Wednesday set it up for him to come out Friday a.m. He came out to assessed the problem. Found my control panel was bad. Replaced a few inoperative heads, and added a new line and head on my front yard. In a timely cost-efficient manner. Would hire again
