"This must be a mistake, Scam, or most likely, a Fake Review from competitor companies to ruin 5-star Locksmith Google accounts. First of all, I’m not in East Knoxville, my company is located in West Knoxville and I’m very new in Knoxville. I don’t know any other Locksmith companies around my location and no one knows me. I have checked all Locksmith Companies around Knoxville but didn't find any Lee's Locksmith. Only Lee`s Locksmith I found is located in Chattanooga TN (Phone: 423-593-7592), over 100 miles from Knoxville. I am sure that company or person never heard about my company. I have never seen and touched your unknown model and year BMW and some "cast unit" you have mentioned (by the way BMW doesn't have "cast unit" it has CAS module located far inside the dash. The CAS module enables your vehicle to start. Without it, the car won't crank and no start signal will be generated. The whole car system will be locked up). How is it possible I took your car's "cast unit" and you paid me without starting your car or at least checking the key functions? This is nonsense. I have reported this review to Google corporate and hope they will handle of this inconvenience."
