Key Pro Lock and Security, LLC

The owner came promptly and was so kind. He made as many keys as I needed without extra charge. Honestly this is the nicest man I have met in a long time!

Professional. Quick. Cost friendly.

Fast service. I broke the mail box key off in the mail box. Had no idea who could help me. Looked on Home advisor and found these people. Very capable. Came to my house very quickly and not only got me into my mail box but also installed a new lock and made 2 keys. I would hire again without question

Fantastic people great customer service . Highly recommend they went above and beyond all expectations. 10 star rating

Fast response, good job at a fair price

Meticulous!

Rated 5 in most all categories. First appointment was afternoon, and locksmith got held up on prior client, after delay, had to reschedule for the next day, otherwise Excellent experience

Tyler , Did an awesome job he was prompt and on time worked Professionally whole time he was here. Very knowledgeable very helpful I would recommend him highly I appreciate the great job Thank you so very much , will call again !!!

They were amazing. I had contacted Home Advisory on behalf of my elderly father who lives in Florida and I live in Texas. I have him the name and contact of three of the recommended pros. When my father called Key Pro and he heard my father was home alone with no lock on his front door the technician said he was on his way home and was stopping to help him out. For a fraction of the price quoted by the other pro my father was safe and secure. Would recommend Key Pro to anyone in the Fort Myers area.

great job. Would recommend these folks!!!

very efficient

out standing young man

The BEST locksmith I ever met till now (and I am 70). He takes time and goes far and beyond to a complish a complicated adjustments and locking the door that was badly damage during breaking in. This professional was super equipped - had spare parts for older locks, was very inventive and creative, polite, well dressed and hard working to achieve the most complex tasks. I loved all about him and now I am distributing his business cards to all my friends !!

Tyler came early to the appointment which was really great for us. He didn t have the doorknob I wanted so he went to Home Depot to get one. He was very pleasant and most professional. He even helped us with things we couldn t reach. I would recommend him and definitely hire him again.

Quick response and very professional.

Tyler arrived promptly as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and easy to talk to throughout the entire visit. The installation of a new deadbolt on our garage entry door, rekeying and repair of our front door deadbolt was perfection -- we couldn't be happier. He is returning to secure our double and triple sliders. Outstanding work! Thanks Tyler.

Young reliable man. Knows what he's doing. Any capable to do other locks, he worked on my front door lock, successfully, but can help with other... ie cars, etc.

Same day service, very professional and explained what he had to do and I would highly recommend him.

Very professional and friendly. He worked super fast and was the best price I found out of several inquiries.

Prompt (same day) and professional. Very reasonably priced and I highly recommend this contractor. Will use again if the need arises.

This is great service for great value I highly recommend this for anybody looking for professional service at excellent prices. terrific value. eill hoghly recommend.

Driving to location from out of town, arranged to meet Tyler at 9:00 am upon our arrival. We got there at 8:50 and he showed up at 9:00 as promised. Completed the work quickly and efficiently, at a very reasonable cost. We did not know anyone to call about this project, and found Key Pro through Home Advisor on short notice. Tyler is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Tyler went right out to do the work that I needed. He did an excellant job at a fair price. I couldnt ask for more.

Tyler was able to accommodate my need that day. His promptness and satisfactory job were much appreciated. Very personable young man that takes pride in his business. Highly recommend.😊
