Stan was very responsive. He worked me into the schedule such that suited us both. There were three projects: Replace an ext. faucet, Repair a broken shower pipe and Repair a shower handle which would only turn off when offset. He was on-time and his quote was reasonable so we hired him. There were some complications with the project such that the ext. faucet pipe had to be cut into pieces to get it out and the shower handle needed to be drilled as the screw had rusted in. Despite this, he remained on target for this quoted time and cost. I would definitely use him again.

Stan arrived the day of my call to give me an estimate. Only two days later he dug and repaired the broken well pipe. He is courteous and knowledgeable. I will certainly use him again if the need arises.

Stan was very nice and I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I had a lot of confidence in his ability to properly install a gas line and to install a new gas range. While he was there, he took care of 1 other small job I wanted done which was incredibly convenient. He has a lot of pride in his work and is careful to check his work when he is finished. I have already recommended him to my friends and would use him again.

Arrived as planned. Did an excellent job of replacing the water tank and pressure switch in minimal time and cost. Made a recommendation to improve system at later date. Made everyone comfortable and happy about the service.

Stan was able to make a service call on Saturday afternoon to replace my leaking kitchen faucet, shortly after I talked to him. He also repaired some previous work that was done incorrectly. The new faucet works perfectly and does not leak. I will definitely call Key Property Services for future plumbing work.
