Mark and his crew came out and replaced the entire Air Conditioning system as per their quote and agreed upon time schedule. During first meeting and installation they always displayed a courteous and professional attitude. I would use their company again and recommend them highly.

Mark came out the same morning we got in contact with him. We moved into our house in June. We have an old coal furnace converted to gas that we really didn’t want to use. After getting a huge electric bill last month, we decided to have the beast checked out. Mark got it up and running and installed a new thermostat for a reasonable cost. We will definitely use him to replace the beast when we can!

Mark thoroughly diagnosed my AC problem and ordered/installed quality equipment. He replaced my central AC with a new system, and I've been very happy with it's performance (and electricity cost savings as well).

Suggest to check the math on the manually prepared invoice. I was slightly overcharged $10 but didn't have a problem paying it because the overall price was very reasonable. The technician had to come back the next day (Saturday morning) to replace a faulty new ignitor.

Mark is thorough and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair with out delay. I have is magnet on my fridge and we not heed to call him if and when another issue arises with either my furnace or air conditioning.

They ran a little behind but they called to let me know.The tech did did exactly what I asked them to do. They fixed the problems we were having. They were very knowledgeable told us what we could do to maintain our system properly.Their prices are reasonable and didn't over charge me.

While investigating the problem, Mark explained exactly what he was looking for, at the thermostat or at the box outside. He's quite the detective in this regard and communicates his findings well. I have scheduled him for a future heat pump upgrade.
