Ive been in the industry now for over 6 years and from what I've seen, most of what you pay for is a company's profit margin... and It might not even be that good!! You won't get that with me! Hi, I'm Clint the Locksmith/Security/Audio Video specialist and I run my own family business. And by family business, I mean I work to provide for my family. I have no employees, no expensive office space to pay for, it's just me doing what I'm proficient at to provide for my loved ones at home. With that in mind, believe me when I say my prices are going to be WAY cheaper than a competitor, who likely has to price their systems in accordance with things I mentioned above. Not me! Clint was amazing, he came to my rescue within 10-15 minutes of me calling him. He was kind, patient, personable and very sweet. He did everything to help me with my insane problem. I highly recommend him and this company- I will definitely be using him in the future and be recommending him to everyone!

Clint and Emmitt were both very professional and proficient in repairing both our front and back doors. We have a log home which can shift with wet weather causing the doors to become out of alignment and not shut easily or lock. With all the rain this year , the doors were really out of alignment and I really did not think they could be fixed. But thanks to Emmittâ s Door repairing skills and expertise and Clintâ s locksmithing skills, both doors and locks were fixed and actually close and lock like â New!â We highly recommend them for their Great Service and Customer friendly attitude. Last but certainly not least the cost was most reasonable for the distance they traveled to our home and the time spent to perform the repairs.

Great service and a great experience. Clint is a true professional and a pleasure to do business with. I thought I was going to need an entire new front door lock set. However, Clint used his locksmithing skills to repair my existing lock, saving me the expense of a new set, as well as the rest of the work connected with a front door lock assembly replacement. My lock now works perfectly. Key of E Locksmithing is great.

Clint is a nice guy and professional in his work, but the price he charged me was exorbitant for the 20 minutes he was here. When I called we set a time for the next day and he called shortly before he was due and said he was running 2 hours late on a job in Bentwater. No problem, I said, but you do need to be here by that time. An hour and 45 later Clint arrived and said he was still not finished with the other job, but came to do my job would return to the Bentwater job (about an hour round trip.) Nice so far, but it took him only 20 minutes to fix my lock. He used no parts and charged me $75!!!! He said it was because he lives in Bryan. That makes no sense as he was coming from Bentwater to Walden. I believe Clint was mad because I insisted he keep his appointment with me even though I gave him a 2 hour grace period .

"Hey there Ed, sorry there was confusion about my demeanor- I was under the impression I was rather polite to you, considering there wasn't much time to work with that day. I did drive all the way from Bryan, you can check my location on the internet- That wasn't a lie and I did indeed drive from there to do my work in your area that day. My customer service I would've felt was around a 4, since I did have to reschedule (As I apologized at the time, once more, sorry about that), but I did honor our agreement. As for price, perhaps a 3, even if you were upset- that's a very standard amount for a house call for a locksmith to come out, even if you ask for one locally. A .5 money value is, at best, rather absurd since you were under the initial impression you'd have to replace the whole lock (as you had asked me to bring a replacement one), I'm surprised you were upset with the ending price since it was a little over half of what it would've cost to replace the whole lock. I repaired it, saved you money, and was very nice to you. Sorry about the misunderstanding, and It was still a pleasure to serve you."

Honest and professional. Repaired my faulty locks in very quick order. Allowed me to keep my existing locks instead of replacing and rekeying several. His repairs saved me a lot of money in unnecessary replacements.
