Tina does an excellent job cleaning our home - thoroughly with nice attention to detail.

Job on 5/12/26: fix waterline leak between meter and basement wall. Not on time: 1/2 hour late. It was a total disaster. The technician went to Home Depot 3 times during the job to buy a copper piping and fitting to a HDPE line. That wasted 1.5 hours. It showed a lack of experience. I expected the common parts to be in his truck. There needs to be some concrete drilling to gain access to a leaky pipe. Dust was everywhere in the basement. We need to spend a half-day cleaning up the dust. He should have used a plastic coversheet. He came in without coverall boots. His muddy footprints were all over the place from the entrance to the stairs of the basement. We had to clean up after him. The duration of job lasted over 4 hours (2 pm to 6:15 pm) and cut into our dinner time. Obviously with the water main cut off, we couldn't cook or wash our hands. We asked him to leave and turn on the water main so we could have dinner. Bottomline: I would not hire this firm again.

They went over and above what I expected and couldn’t have been more professional and easy to work with. Communication was great. The services were coordinated remotely, and Tina was great in talking through finding the residence, accessing the house, and clarifying expectations for where the work was to be completed. I appreciated the flexibility and communication both over the phone and through pictures that she sent me via text. The whole process was very easy and I’m quite pleased with the results. Price for services was reasonable and submitting payment was easy. We plan to utilize this company again in the future.

I hired Tina to come out last minute to clean two dirty bathrooms that desperately needed a deep clean. As I write this, she’s currently cleaning the second smaller bathroom. This wonderful woman took the time to ensure everything in the master bathroom was spotless. I was speechless. I truly am glad I found her and would recommend her to anyone!
