After the work was done on the fridge, the problem persisted. Called twice to report the problem and left messages on answering machine but the calls were never returned. Had the same problem earlier when we wanted to know the time they were coming to do the job.

We are pleased to recommend Brian, the owner of Keystone , as both knowledgeable and personable. As newcomers to Easton, we moved into a condo with a five year old (out of warranty) LG front-loading clothes washer. After the first wash load we assumed it was responsible for the water puddles on our laundry floor. After talking with Brian he preordered the parts that he thought might be needed . Brian replaced a leaking hose connection, but later water still appeared on the floor. Undeterred and at no extra cost, Brian returned the next day, repaired the new leak and solved the problem.
