This family-owned business was of the highest calibre, start to finish! From our first estimate meeting with Mark, straight through to the end of the removal and installation of new padding and carpets, we were extremely impressed and grateful. The installers were quiet, clean, and organized so well; each one knowing who is responsible for every single task at hand - and the exact order these tasks were to be done! Like a well-oiled machine these brothers were meticulous, careful, and quick. They even moved our heaviest furniture as if it were no strain at all. Their work was of the highest quality and very detail oriented. Their clean-up was even neat and organized! If you want trustworthy work done by people who show up on time (right when they say they will), done by the experts in their field since 1985, don't hesitate to call Keystone Carpets. We did, and we're so happy with our results.

We have used keystone carpets several times. The finished product was wonderful. We recently have decided to sell our home. The carpet in our bedroom needed stretching and cleaning. We called Mark (owner of Keystone Carpets) and asked for help. He showed up the next morning and fixed our carpet, and didn't charge us. Mark and his family are wonderful people. If you need flooring I highly recommend them.

We chose Keystone Carpets to install LVP and some new carpet and we could not be happier with the end result and overall process! Mark came out to our house to quote us and brought a bunch of samples for us to look at in our space. This was great because you actually get a chance to see a larger sample in your house and see how it looks with your home's lighting and up against your furniture, etc. After we had our initial consult, we made an appointment to go to the show room and check out a few other options before nailing down our final choice. Mark was super patient with us and we appreciated having the ability to take the time we needed to weight all of our options before making our decision. The installation crew was professional, thorough, and kept everything as clean as possible during the work. The job went super fast and the finished product looks incredible. We almost feel like we have a new house! We will have to replace some old carpet in other parts of our house at some point in the future and I'm certain we will go with Keystone Carpets again when we're ready!

Mark and the Keystone Carpet crew are AMAZING - super professional and friendly, and they are always prompt at returning calls. We have used them for 10+ years. The most recent experience was when I called Mark to look at the carpet we had chosen previously that didn't seem to be holding up well to basic traffic, even being cleaned regularly. He agreed and worked diligently with carpet manufacturer reps to have it replaced quickly, and we only paid the difference to upgrade to a highly recommended much nicer quality carpet. It was SO WORTH IT and it looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We receive compliments all the time on the color and how soft it is, and it has been wearing so well it still looks brand new. Mark has always been great at working with budgets and giving lots of options, and he and his crew have been wonderful to work with. we HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Keystone Carpets!!

Keystone Carpet did a great job. The installation of the carpet and laminate flooring was done beautifully. The people are very nice and friendly. Weâ  re very happy.

Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. The 'little things' like outgassing of the carpet at their facility, instead of arriving in plastic bag-- no odor issues of new carpeting. The efficiency of installation. It's a family owned local business, no subcontractors. The showroom to your door, measuring, choosing, scheduling, etc. done in one visit -- so easy and less stressful. This was the best experience of any work done in our home or even any previous homes with remodeling/updating work. No middle man. The work was done quickly and efficiently -- like watching a choreographed performance. Avoid the big stores with sub-contractors, etc. Avoid the back and forth hassle of scheduling and choosing. Avoid the headaches that often come with remodeling/updating. One company. One local company guaranteeing each step of the way. The possible 'extra cost', consider your time and worries isn't worth the problems with multiple layers of sub-contractors, etc. Flooring is their specialty from start to finish.
