Keystone Exterior Solutions, LLC

We gave a deposit of 10,000 on 2/21/2022. $5,000 of which was for a roof deck project which included railings, a new door cut into the wall. $5,000 was a deposit on painting the exterior, stucco and wiring the chimneys, putting exterior lights up that we purchased including building new wood backplates, putting up shutters, and painting our porch. Paid an additional $6,000 when the porch was painted, lights up, and exterior painted. Paid for shutters because they were still on backorder. Less than a year later, the porch is peeling up. The chimneys were supposed to be wired and stuccoed, they were just stuccoed. They cut a hole in the wall where the roof deck door was to be installed and left it filled with large gap sealer. We also have had water coming into the attic for months since the roof and chimneys were installed and the contractor has failed to inspect it, with his offered lifetime guarantee. We would have had a chimney service install a cap if it was verified that was the cause many months ago and now have significant damage to our plaster ceiling that we will need to get repaired. The door has allegedly been on backorder since we put the deposit down on 2/21/22. At this point, we asked for our deposit back, as the work was questionable and contractor refused to get permits without additional cost to us, and it should not have taken this long. We could not wait any longer with $5,000 tied up for well over a year on a door that is been on back order for 14 months. We offered to pay for the door at cost, with proof of receipt and order number that we could verify with the door company. The contractor refused. Contractor is still refusing to return the deposit for the roof deck. We would like the shutters we paid for hung, the porch sanded and repainted (was never sanded), plaster in attic repaired and our money back from the deposit. We have contacted the District Attorney, BBB, and local court. The DA and BBB were unable to contact company. The local court when to serve at business address and found it to be an unmanaged garage.

The company came out to central pa, they had competitive pricing, nice product selection, sound advice on how the job should be done. The owner made visits and guided the phases of the job. The instal was great and the house is one of the nicest in the development. Very satisfied. Had all the products we needed.

I had the original (1984) aluminum siding of my two-story colonial home replaced. Ron, the owner, was very careful to explain the options (composite vs insulted, shutters, venting, etc.) from which I could choose, about the entire process, and was on site every day checking in with the foreman and workers. His workers were prompt, polite, friendly, and cleanup was done daily. The end results look wonderful. I love the insulated siding and the color. I truly feel like my business mattered to them. I was not just another point of income. As a single female, of a **certain age**, I felt very safe with Ron and his team. Highly recommend Ron and Keystone.

We had to have about 3500 square feet of asphalt shingles removed and replaced. The work was done timely and done very well. The price was reasonable and we are very happy with the work and the service provided.

We replaced 13 vinyl windows with the wood composite windows offered by Keystone Exterior Solutions ("KES"). These windows seem comparable to Anderson Renewal windows, but the price from KES was so much better. The glass part of these windows, however, is noticeably smaller than I was used to with our old windows. I pointed that out to the owner of KES, Ron Dawson, at the time we were considering the windows. But there must have been a misunderstanding between Ron and us, because, when the windows came in, we were surprised and not happy with the size of the glass part of the window. (I should point out that, many people would not even notice the difference in the size of the glass openings. I, on the other hand, seem to notice when something is different by even 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch.) Ron is a very caring owner, though, and he was willing to work with us to insure our happiness. The 2 installers (Bill and "the quiet one" [we never got his name!]) were absolutely wonderful - very personable, very caring about doing a terrific, thorough job, and very capable in both their ability and their work ethic. They put foam everywhere the cold or hot air could get through the window. We are looking forward to having windows that don't have any cold drafts this winter! In addition, living on a busy, loud street, we notice a difference in these windows cutting down on some of the sound. We had a positive experience with KES, and would definitely recommend them.

Project went very well. They showed up as scheduled, Ron (Company Owner) was easy to reach for any question, the quality of the new windows and their installation is great, and last but not least, they left everything clean.

Ron, and his installation crew, were professional from start to finish. They replaced 11 windows in a 100+ year old house. It's obvious that his installers have a lot of experience (we are property investors, so we know the difference). All windows travel smoothly, were properly set, shimmed and caulked. *We will be calling Ron for a patio slider replacement at one of our other properties, and anticipate a continuous relationship with Keystone.

Was not planning on doing the roof at this time but I ended up doing the roof now because of their ideas and the price. They were a pleasure to work with. Very nice man. Very good work. Very good price! Very good workers. They always cleaned up everyday after their work. Everyone compliments her on the roof work that they did. Neighbors say it is a beautiful roof.

They have done a deck and a roof for me and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them
