Chris Conner gave me a very quick and fair estimate for replacing my old furnace and central a/c. I appreciated his honesty, advice and quick responses. I received the estimate on a Friday and had it installed on Monday. other companies were just getting around to calling me for the 1st time. I have already recommended his company to friends.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were easy to work with. From my initial call to having everything finished took less than a week. Very impressive.

Great company to work with. They was able to to do the work on a couple days after the quote they gave us. Our AC now keeps our house cool.

Couldn't ask for nicer people. ON time every time. Making an appointment is easy. Since I live farther away from where they are located, my appointments are usually later in the week or the next week, but they are worth it!

Keystone came to the home in January to fix our 30 year old furnace and did not try to sell us a new system. We knew that we would need a new one and wanted to wait until mid March. At the end of February we called Keystone and 2 other companies for quotes. Keystone was comparable on pricing and since they were not trying to sell us something before and did a good job on the earlier repair we hired them to install a new furnace and AC. They arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the timeframe given.

Their response was immediate. Chris came out to measure within an hour and ordered the furnace for installment the next day, Saturday, at no extra cost. The installer was quite professional, clean and quiet. He arrived promptly at the time I was given and completed the work within the window of time estimated. I got a very good quality furnace for a good price.

Several weeks and still have yet to get my furnace up and running. Repair guy not at all professional in tshirt and carrying a bucket of tools tried to get me to install a dehumidifier. One job at a time, please.

Keystone was very responsive to my calls, and we were able to get a new Heat Pump/Air Handler installed before I moved into my new house. System required one call back as it was getting way to hot and the air was not kicking on. But, the tech made a few adjustments and was gone. All works good now.

As far as installation of the new unit they were great. Customer service after installation was not as great. They are a very small company which is not a bad thing, except that they have a very small fleet and it is difficult to schedule an appointment.

The project is not yet complete but this of NO fault of Keystone. Wish the elecrtical trade was as professional as keystone is.
