Jamin and Gilberta were professional, polite and one of the few estimates that were fair and reasonable. I had a friend come in and describe what was needed and what I should be charged, he unfortunatley was not liscensed so he could not do the job. Jamin came close to the estimate and his warranty exceeded what I expected. I would highly recommend Keystone.

Started out well, but arrived very late after first day. Jamin asked helper to go to Lowe's with him. Helper said "no, I want to get this done." Job was finished 3 days late. I was left with a non-working shower, a poorly installed toilet and no escutcheons put on. We agreed to fix issues all at once, since toilet still needed installing. I informed them that it might take longer to drywall due to illness. When contacted to finish job, I was blown off, admittedly by owner. I had to threaten to get a phone call and then was told he was sick of my voice. I have never been treated so poorly, or had an issue with a contractor before.

"Keystone Plumbing began the project on 03/02/11 and completed on 03/06/11 two days after prescribed end date with substantial additional work being added and completed to the total process. We gave Allison time to finish drywall and paint after re-pipe of her home and agreed to return to re-install toilet on 03-17-11. Allison cancelled due to car appointment conflict rescheduled to 03-28-11. 03-27-11 she cancelled her appointment on 03-28-11 we were never notified about any illness. After repeated attempts to reschedule and sending certified letter about remaining balance we closed her account on 09-01-11. Ref. to BBB case #34033167 for more"
