Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Do not hire this company. The Contractor walked away from this job with my money and did not pay the sub contractors that worked for him on this job. I would have given zero stars if the web site allowed it.

Sunroom or Patio Enclosure - Build
William Hall is an unethical and unprofessional contractor. We contracted with him in Sept 2015 for an all season room and deck. He began framing the structure in October and it was to be done by 11/20/2015. He abandoned the job, failed to pull permits, left an incomplete, unsafe structure on the back of our home and took over $25,000! He refuses to respond to calls, texts, letter or BBB complaint. By no means should anybody hire him.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
Bill did a fabulous job of replacing the wood carrier beam on my front porch. New foundations needed to be poured, the beam and all trim work needed to be replaced. His carpenters were very knowledgeable and courteous. When the work was complete Bill finished the project with new mulch in the beds surrounding the porch. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Bathroom - Remodel
Quality of Bill's workmanship is very unacceptable. Bill's was never on time, he recommend a built in shower shelf and his workers never framed it in. Bought two difference types of tile for the bathroom. All the plumbing work was done incorrectly., had to get it all fix. It took 6 months and bathroom was still not completed.

Major Home Repairs (General Contractor)
This company was my god send !!! after having a sewage spill in my home and the contractor walked out on my job a month into it , I found this company. My home now almost a year later is finished took me almost 3 months or so to find them but OMG they are wonderful the work they did I do not even have words for it !!! My home is a home again !!! its BEAUTIFUL ! the owner worked with me to create the home I wanted and worked with me to complete it !!! I can only give this company a rating of a 5 on this site ( and this is where I found them) I would rate them so much higher !!! If I ever have any other work to be done in my home I would not look any further than Keystone Remodeling LLC. I HIGHLY recommend this company !!!!

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
Bill was always on time, very professional, informative and detailed about how he would replace the two double hung windows with a slider door. Bill installed a Harvey Door, high quality, not the big box store junk. We were so impressed with his work, we had him install a 12x16 pressure treated deck where the new slider is. The deck also came out great. We will definitely use Keystone again and will highly recommend him to anyone.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair - For Business
I had water damage to the interior of my building (was NOT a roofing job but an interior job), Bill responded immediately and his crew got to work right away with drying the area, clean-up, demo, and making the necessary repairs. He came in with a reassuring attitude at a time I needed it as I saw a disruption to my business. The room was put back in order as if nothing happened. His crew was friendly and respectful of my employees.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
I recommend Keystone to anyone who is looking for a contractor who is reliable and takes pride in his work. I had a complex flooring issue that 6 other contractors either shied away from. Bill developed a plan that included replacing a couple of floor joists and then executed the plan quickly and precisely. He also played a key role in helping us to design the wood floor pattern, which inlcudes an inlaid border 12 inches from the wall. We now have a beautiful hard wood floor that far exceeds anything we ever imagined.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
I had Bill and his crew take a load bearing wall down and replace it with a LVL beam. They were in and out in less than a full day and left with my wife and I very happy about our project. Bill was very easy to work with and understood exactly what we were trying to do with our project. Already asking him to quote other projects around the house.

Shelter or Outbuilding - Build
We were advised by the electrician from a Generac affiliated company that we needed an encloseure covering our generator to keep snow and ice out. It had froze in it's initial use last year. Bill Hall, owner of Keystone was great. An intelligent guy who knows his stuff. We looked at a few options & discarding a great but expensive plan he adapted to our budget. The final plans were executed by two highly competent carpenters who were as pleasant as they were talented. My wife & loved the finished work. No eyesore, instead our next door neighbors complimented us on the "coolness" of it!

Deck or Porch - Repair
Needed to have a pool deck designed and built. Bill was very easy to work with and helped us with the design process. Deck was built as promised and quickly. Cleaned up after all work was complete. Also had him do a front porch rebuild with railing and posts along with some scallop siding on front porch area. Went above and beyond on both projects with his work. Have many other jobs for him to do for us������. Definitely need to hire this guy for all your work around and inside your home���..you won't be disappointed ���.
