About us

Kezo Management was started in 2017 by Jim & Beth Caeran with the scope of a family business. After being in the construction industry for 20 years, Jim & Beth saw a need for a quality professional handyman service catering to a high-end clientele in NYC. A few of our specialties include repairing or replacing cabinets, vanities, faucets, tile, doors, drywall. We specialize in building & installing custom shelving, furniture assembly, hanging artwork, mirrors, ac units, & TVs. Since Kezos' humble beginnings, our award-winning service & customer satisfaction allowed us to expand our operations. Kezo has grown, but our principles remain the same. Jim still has a touch of OCD, but now he has a touch of OCD for everyone that works for us. All employees must be punctual, efficient, have excellent clean-up & demonstrate integrity on every job. ! We focus on 1 job at a time, pride ourselves on honesty & prefer our customers to know upfront the hourly rate is $125 with a 2 hr min. of $250.

Beth was beyond friendly and helpful over the phone as we were setting up my appointment. I had a billing issue with Angi and she helped me handle it even though she didn't have to. She asked thorough questions to make sure they would be prepared for the installation, The job itself was very swift, neat and professional. They cleaned up everything after they were done and were just as friendly and pleasant. 100% recommend!

Beth was fantastic to work with while scheduling the install of bookshelves. She asked clarifying questions to make sure they could properly prepare for the install. Jim was knowledgeable, friendly, effective, methodical and also cleaned up the shelves and floors of dust from drilling. They ll be my go to service going forward. If you re considering having some work done, I d highly recommend you talk with Kezo Maintenance Management.

Jim did an amazing job! He took care of a ton of things around my apartment - mounting floating shelves, art, mirrors, and anchoring furniture to the wall. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with everything, and always explained what he was doing and why.
