The job was never completed. Now I can not get my calls or emails answered from Kgreaves Designs, LLC. Twice they set up times to complete my repair and never showed up or called.

They did not show up the first day I was scheduled and then did not show up the second day after they rescheduled me 3 different times. So I ended up taking 3 different days off work waiting for them to come. They did not communicate well between their office and their technicians. I would not use them. They charged me $250 to replace one simple part in a recliner. I was very disappointed in them. Kerry was very nice, and I feel badly for him. His office and workers were at fault.

I could not be more satisfied with the service provided. He fixed my antique roller top desk to my complete satisfaction. In addition he fixed the arm of an antique oak office chair at no extra cost without me even asking him. Also he provided estimates for addition work all of which I plan on having him do. As soon as he left I called a friend and recommended him.

Kerry was a great communicator beforehand, gave me a fair estimate based on pictures I sent him via e-mail, then scheduled the repair to occur in my home (which I never expected), showed up precisely on time and did a very nice job, right there on the spot. He's also a very friendly, personable guy. It was about as pleasant an experience as it possibly could be. I also found out he does re-upholstering as well, and will probably use him again for another project.
