KH Handy man was horrible to work with. He refuse to follow our direction. Determine to do what he wanted. We had a drywall repair we needed to be repaired after a plumber would verify what we needed to COMPLETELY repair the continued issue of water from the bathroom draining on the ceiling of the garage ceiling. KH replaced the drywall before we were able to have a license plumber to come and verify what needed to be done to completely stop the drainage to the ceiling drywall. To save the job KH did some work in the shower without giving us a cost to do the work he did and DEMANDED we pay an additional $200 OVER what was quoted for the drywall work. KH also submitted a receipt that did not have anything to do with our drywall project as material with the date not showing on the receipt.. Threaten to take us to court if we did not pay him for the additional $200 for the work he did without quoting he would be charging for this work to save the job, Then he threaten to come back to the our property to tear out the work he was contracted to do. As a good faith gesture I offered to pay an additional $100 in 30 days if the drainage to the ceiling had cease. All of this is documented in the text exchange that is entered in the home advisor correspondence with the contractor on their website. HE WAS HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH.

Khadim came and installed a beautiful railing in my backyard as well as repaired my damaged shadowbox cedar fence and a gate that was no longer latching. He was fast, efficient, and cleaned up his work area completely. Very professional, and very high quality work at a very competitive price. Would hire him again. Thank you Khadim.
