Hillary and Dominick were professional, good communication and completed both power washing and deck seal/stain as promised. Quality of work very good and reasonable rates. I would recommend them and hire again. Several residents in our complex have set up appointments with Khodds when they saw the work on my house being done. Kudos!!

Don and Hillary were competent and friendly with professionally done work. Price was weary economical compare to amount of work they did. They had a problem with some sealer and rather than use it or shortcut took it back to store for exchange costing them about an hour of time. Would highly recommend them to any friends or neighbors. We’re not only on time but early great job

Contractor arrived on time. The equipment appeared to be state-of-the-art. Quality of power wash of my garage floor was excellent. Mud and debris was completely removed. Will use them again. The $150 minimum seemed a bit high but given the quality of work was acceptable. Nice people.

In every way they exceeded my expectations. They arrived promptly and did a great job. We needed the mold removed from the siding on the north side of our house, they cleaned the entire house and it looks great. I would use them again.

They did an amazing job. I hired them to remove mold and mildew growing on one side of my house. After cleaning the entire exterior I realized how dirty the rest of my house was. Extremely pleased with how well everything looks.

They were prompt, very professional and friendly. Also pointed out an area I hadn't noticed (the Patio) and cleaned that as well. Answered all my questions, and explained the different steps for the mold removal on the side of my house.
