Tanner gave exceptional service from the first phone call to the completion of the work. An absolute pleasure to work with and he goes above and beyond. I wish every company had the same work ethic as Tanner. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Tanner was very responsive and did a great job communicating, coordinating, and being punctual. If you’re disturbed, thinking there’s something wrong with your site and potential pests, Tanner will help you solve the problem quickly and professionally. I have experienced other locations with pest issues and used different pest control companies. I feel that Kickout Termite with Tanner representing them performed superbly and has been the best out of all my other pest control experiences. Of note, when I inquired if the HOA could participate in helping with some of the exterior issues, Tanner streamlined the process by providing documentation and contract updates for the HOA to sign. It was essentially seamless. All I had to do was bring it up and include him on the email and he made the paperwork go very easy when the HOA agreed to help. Finally, worth noting, Tanner was able to successfully treat every site he could find in our location. Our structure is a condo connected to other residential structures. Spot treating six or seven nests to remove the problem was much much easier than I had anticipated. He was able to knock out treatment in half a day as opposed to displacing our families and the other residences. He will be my first look and go to yours on for any pest control issues from now on. He covers a wide area and cares about his reputation, since they are a small family business. Oh, and one more point: he did a fantastic job, taking pictures of all his inspection work, so I felt confident in what he was describing and sharing for recommended treatment. I Have a great confidence in his ability to solve the problem and his solutions made sense. I also feel his prices are by far the best encountered, especially when he did all the work getting the HOA to participate in their applicable portions, once they agreed. Use his team!
