Kidron Construction did an all around excellent job on my deck replacement project. I got a same-day estimate. When I accepted the quote they scheduled the work promptly. The crew was diligent and efficient; in and out in one day including teardown and replacement.

Great work. Had a sagging corner on my front porch...not only did they repair it, they added new columns and railing. My neighbors haven't stopped talking about how well everything looks!!!

They did an outstanding job, the 2 man crew that built our deck were amazingly efficient and did excellent work. I would use them again in a heart beat. The only thing I would like to see better is better communication, I was told 3 to 4 weeks from the time I got my estimate but it was more like 8 weeks. I did have to initiate the calls to them for updates on when they were going to do my job. They were worth the wait!

I am looking to hire them again soon!

Let me preface this review by saying always always get a contract that spells out exactly what is and is not included and the prices for each item. I did not and I paid the price. Last fall we got an estimate for $1500 from this contractor for painting services that included painting the interior of an attached garage and replacing nine (9) boards on a wooden deck and painting the entire deck. We gave the contractor the brand name and color of the tinted stain we wanted used on the deck. Actually, we gave him ½ gallon of the stain that we had used previously. After asking for the estimate in writing again and not getting one, I chose to go ahead with the project. My mistake. Upon completion of the deck, we noticed that only three of the boards had been replaced. When we asked why, we were told only those three needed to be replaced. We also noticed paint stains from a large paint can on the inlaid brick walk leading to the deck. The deck looked almost as bad after the painting as it did before. At this point we chose not to have the contractor paint the garage. When asked the brand and color of the stain used on the deck, the contractor did not recall and had none left. It is now approximately eight months later and the paint or stain that was used on the deck is peeling badly and the entire job needs to be redone. The contractor would only lessen the bill to $1150. I would not recommend this contractor

We couldn't be happier with Michael and his team! We met Michael at the Home & Garden show and knew right away that he was the best fit for our deck replacement. All other quotes were much higher and the estimated completion was 3 days on average. Kidron completed the job in just over one day! The deck is perfect, no issues whatsoever. Michael and his team exceeded our expectations. If we need similar work done on our property in the future, we will reach out to Kidron.
