Hired to do a system check and recharge. I was quoted $79 on the phone for the service call. Did arrive on a Saturday and with a child. Spent less than 30 minutes on the system and charged us $125 for the call plus $200 more for the refrigerant. Did not check for leaks only said our 11-year-old system needed to be replaced. He left and the system is running warmer, not cooler than before. Did not leave an invoice or contact information.

Fast, accurate diagnosis. Explained problem and demonstrated to ensure I understood the repair plan. Also, marked dampeners so i could balance the house for winter or summer. Had to order some parts but had A/C working over the weekend till final repair could be done Monday. Price point better than expected. Would recommend to everyone based on service to date.
