Kitchen - Remodel
They did an amazing job. We have the most beautiful kitchen, family room and dining room. They were very conscientious about doing the job right. We had some serious structural issues from the last contractors but they corrected all the issues and we are very pleased with the outcome. They were always on time, very honest about everything we were dealing with and concerned that everything was done to our liking. From our experience this is a company of high standards and integrity.

Bathroom - Remodel
We were very pleased with the work done by them. Our bathroom remodel went smoothly and was completed in a timely maner. Everything that was promised was complete, and the staff was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend them and willl definitely use them for any upcoming projects.

Kitchen - Remodel
my husband and i are 100% satisfied with the work we had done in our kitchen. kevin worked daily to complete the job in a timely manner. we were not inconvience much at all. Kevin cleaned up each night before leaving .My kitchen is beautiful and i would recommand them to every one. they were very efficent and considerate. Thank you kiefer&Randall

so far Tim Kiefer and his staff have been and have done all that they have promised and we haveagreed to; the project is not yrt complete but do not forsee any problrmswith the business and the work that they do,

We were very impressed with the knowledge and their suggestions in helping with remodeling ideas. The craftmanship was excellent. We will definately use them in any future home improvements.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
From the very start, We were sincerely impressed with Kiefer-Randall's level of professionalism as compaired to others that we interviewed. We had a slow start due to weather conditions but when things got going the process was relatively smooth. When there was a question or concern it was answered or delt with prompty. We were never left in the dark not knowing what was happening. Towards the end of our projects we had a one man crew and I was pleased that they had sent Kevin to do the finish work. He was always in contact with us and making sure we liked his ideas and plans for the little things that made a big difference. For example the ending edge of our deck hand rail wasn't left as a straight cut. He cut it in a 3 sided (half hexigon) shape that just made it more appealing. This is just one example of his detail work, there were many others. We had a Great expereince and would not think twice about requesting Tim and Jim of Kiefer-Randall to do other projects that we have forthcoming.

"This rating is incorrectly listed as a kitchen remodel; it is not. It consisted of one handyman project (under $400) completed to the satisfaction of the homeowner. She asked us back to do another handyman type project (under $900). We are attempting to get ahold of the customer to see what can be done to make her happy. She has not responded as of yet. It appears that the ceiling tiles the customer bought and supplied do not perform as well as what was installed previously and caused some other challenges to the installation which were remedied to the best of our knowledge."

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Tim was at our house when he said he would be for the estimate. He listened closely as we told him what we were looking to have done and came back a couple of days later with a very thorough estimate. We knew what they would be doing and what it would cost. Work was scheduled for April 12th, but due to good weather, it was actually completed on that date. Our old porch was completely removed and all of the debris was hauled away. The new porch looks fantastic and stands out in our neighborhood. The work on the rear porch is also equally beautiful. Our thanks to tim, Jim and CJ for a great job and a great remodeling experience.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They treated my simple door install like it was a major renovation. They really cared about quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement project.

My remodeling job included insulation, new drywall, new windows and painting. The work crew produced top quality work on each of these tasks. The workers and owners were focused on providing customer satisfaction.
