Kilauea Pest Control - Home Facebook

I had an emergency during a repair work to my house and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me.

This is the only company I know of where the president of the company goes to the house with the pest control tech on his first visit to assure the home owner is comfortable with the tech and the treatment. Impressive.

The employees who did the job were very friendly and informative. You could tell they enjoyed their job and working together.

Thanks Kawika for the friendly, prompt and professional work to rid us of the rodents in the attic. Appreciate your advice and ideas on prevention, going forward. Imua! Ray in Maunawili.

The auto-scheduling and text reminders are very helpful; the termite side of the business needs to tap into these resources and tools.

The Customer Service was helpful, but the frontline employees tell you the Heart of the Company...Tu’i, Joseph, and Stuart were Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable. With my exposure to these fine workers, I’m thinking of leaving my present Pest Control Company. Thank You HomeAdvisor and Kilauea Pest Control.

I have yet to receive a receipt for my payment for services rendered. Since I paid by check, I was told that I would receive a receipt only after my check was turned in by the technician that provided the service and after my check clears. Technician only goes to the office a couple of days a week since their office is in Kailua. I was told that I would have received my receipt earlier if I had paid by credit card. This wasn't explained before I made payment. Their system is not set up to process a payment by check right away. Seems like a strange business setup. The technician did a good job and answered all of my questions during the treatment of my home.

I've used several pest control companies over the years and it always bothered me how much I spent each quarter and not feeling like I was getting what I paid for. Until now... Kilauea Pest Control is by far the best pest control Oahu has out there. They are super reliable, friendly, and more importantly industry experts. Our technician Kawika is very professional and calls us ahead of time to make sure it's convenient for us. When he treats our home and property, he takes his time by looking closely to see if there are any newly affected areas. Before he leaves, he goes over his treatment with us and also makes any recommendations. If you're looking for a pest control service, don't waste your time paying the big bucks with the big dogs. Stay local and support this business. It's not only the right thing to do, but more importantly they will protect your home.

Taylor Bramwell was not only responsive, but is also very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to us in great detail how he would execute the treatment for subterranean termites at our house. He even went through great lengths to find any hidden areas where the termites may be hiding and sure enough he found a nest and even showed me what it looks like. Not only was the initial area of concern treated, but his attention to detail was impeccable. Both Kilauea Pest Control and Taylor Bramwell exceeded my expectations and completed the task timely and thoroughly. We will definitely be contacting Taylor for any and all future pest control needs!

Jon was friendly and professional and when my ant problem didn't disappear with the first treatment he returned for a free supplementary treatment, no ants found since.

Work performed better than expected.

Really happy with the service...Neth is hardworking and really easy to work with. We have been totally cockroach and ant free since they started the service!

Very courteous and flexible through me delaying 1st appointment, and then rescheduling,

Excellent Customer service.

They were very helpful and efficient. We called and had someone out at the house within the same week. They followed up after the appointment was made to ensure we knew what to expect. Once at our house they were amazing, they took care of business and asked if there was anything else they could do for us. They even gave us tips for what we could do between sprays!
