Professional, respectful of property, timely, quality work, neat , clean and honest. Staff was a pleasure to work with. Response time was great and finished the work exactly as they stated. They set a time frame with a set schedule and fee for service and adhered to it. I recommend them highly.I will be hiring them again for future projects.

Bret and his crew did a fantastic job removing our old carpet and installing new vinyl plank flooring! The work was impeccable and they cleaned up every step of the way. You would hardly know they were there at the end of the day. The job was actually done two days ahead of schedule, and we also asked at the last minute, to have new backsplash installed in our kitchen. Nick did a wonderful job and everything looks great! We would strongly recommend Kilcollins Construction to everyone and will definitely use this company again! 5 stars!!

All of the employees were prompt, courteous, and Professional. They worked efficiently both by themselves and with each other. They were knowledgeable about how to accomplish what needed to be done, and didn't hesitate to ask me if I had any special requests as far as the finished product r]was concerned. Cleanup after the job was perfect. The job was actually finished a few hundred dollars under the original estimate. I would recommend Bret and his crew to anyone any day. If I have any work to be done in the future, Bret will be my go to guy!

Bret responded quickly and upon site review produced an estimate promptly. The job was well done. Bret and his people worked diligently and got 10000 ft^2 of grimy surface washed in a day. They showed up on time and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. The price was fair and well worth it. i can fully recommend him and would not hesitate to hire them again when the need arises.

Bret was a real "find". He responded to my inquiry within an hour; he showed up to look over the job when he said he would; he provided me a written estimate promptly; he did the work when he said he would, and the quality of his repairs is excellent; and his total charges were consistent with his proposal. Bret is a pleasure to work with.
