Great service

Lee knows what he is doing. He was on-time for the appointment, evaluated the situation and had a diagnosis within 30 minutes. He had to order some parts for the furnace in order to get the A/C working again. Came back the next day, fixed the A/C and :) we were all happy!!!

I live in a condominium. I needed a full heat pump replacement. My condominium was not an easy install because it is an old factory. This did not intimidate Lee, as it did a few other companies. Lee is very professional and very trustworthy. I was contacted immediately when I made my first inquiry. Lee worked around my schedule, not his own. The price quote I received was affordable. After I was given the quote, I wasn't pressured by him by non-stop phone calls to see if i was going to use him, he waited until I called him. The installation went smoothly and much better than I expected. They did it in in the time frame they gave me, cleaned up, wouldn't know they were there. Lee and his crew even fixed some issues from the old, shabby installation, which was beyond what I hired them for. I am beyond pleased with the new system I had installed. I will recommend Kile Kooling to anyone and everyone, including anyone I can at my condo complex.

Lee Kile was professional, efficient and timely. He came out straight away and had furnace repaced day after we gave him the go ahead. He was not high pressure and gave us a good quote which included diagnostic. He had to work in an awkward basement and no complaints. Left everything clean.

Very pleasant and profesanal

We moved into a house with a 30-year-old gas furnace that hadn't been cleaned since it was purchased. Lee Kile made an appointment that fit my schedule, was on time, and did what could be done. Hopefully, we'll get one more winter out of it!

Lee Kile came to work on a problem with the condenser leaking. Had it fixed in 1.5 hours including time he had to leave and get parts. Very courteous and fair pricing. Will use again for yearly service or if anything else goes wrong.

Friendly and professional. Immediately responded to the request for service and arrived within an hour. Great customer service, had to come back because something else became wrong with the AC, and they came right back and fixed it. Went above and beyond what was expected of them. COULD NOT GET AIR CONDTIONER TO MAKE THE SAME SOUND AS LAST EVENING....STILL RUNNING SO WILL WAIT AND SEE IF PROBLEM RETURNS
